Yes. You earn coins as you learn, which reduce certificate costs. Leaderboards and events carry prizes, Pro members get a separate rewards track with monthly rewards, and the refer-and-earn programme lets you earn by sharing your referral code.

You share your personal referral code with friends. When they join you both benefit, and referral codes also generate coupon discounts that can be applied against a certificate at checkout. You cannot apply your own code to your own purchase.

No. Students earn coins by learning — completing lessons, passing assessments and finishing Leagues, which carry the largest awards. Coin purchases are available only to recruiter and faculty accounts for hiring tools. Coins give up to 10% off a certificate, so earning them is worth doing.

Yes. The Compete section runs hackathons, Startupthon, voting events, community events and awards. They are a way to build something you can put on a resume and to get noticed by recruiters watching the leaderboards.

Events and hackathons are free to enter. Some carry prizes, and taking part is one of the better things a fresher can put on a resume alongside a certificate.

A discussion space where learners across the platform ask questions, help each other and share progress. There are also per-event communities for people taking part in the same hackathon or competition. Both are free to use.
