Question 1

What is an UptoSkills League?

Accepted Answer

A league is a structured, gamified course. Instead of watching video lectures you work through short missions made of lessons, quizzes, mini-games and boss fights, earning XP and coins as you go and climbing a live leaderboard against other learners.

Question 2

Are the courses on UptoSkills really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every lesson, quest, quiz and game inside every league is free forever — no trial period, no card required and no paywall partway through. Only the optional certificate at the end is paid.

Question 3

Do I need to pay to start learning on UptoSkills Leagues?

Accepted Answer

No. You can sign up with Google, enrol in any league and complete all of it without paying anything. Payment only comes up if you decide to claim the certificate once you have finished.

Question 4

What subjects and skills can I learn?

Accepted Answer

Leagues cover programming and web development, Python, Java and JavaScript, AI and machine learning, data science, cybersecurity, design, HR, finance, and professional skills like critical thinking and communication. New leagues are added regularly.

Question 5

Who is UptoSkills Leagues for?

Accepted Answer

Mainly students, freshers and early-career professionals in India who want job-relevant skills without paying course fees. There are no prerequisites for beginner leagues, and difficulty is marked on every league so you can pick the right starting point.

Question 6

How do XP, coins and the leaderboard work?

Accepted Answer

You earn XP for completing lessons and assessments, which raises your level and your position on the leaderboard. You also earn coins, which can be spent to reduce the price of a certificate at checkout. Leaderboards reset periodically and top ranks can win prizes.

Question 7

How long does a league take to finish?

Accepted Answer

Most leagues are built for 10-minute bursts on a phone, so it depends on your pace. A typical league has several modules of short lessons and assessments and can be finished in a few weeks of casual use, with progress saved automatically.

Question 8

How much does an UptoSkills certificate cost?

Accepted Answer

The learning is free. The certificate is a one-time ₹499, or ₹199 for Pro members. You can lower it further with a coupon code and by spending the coins you earned inside the league at checkout.

Question 9

Which platform in India gives a free physical certificate?

Accepted Answer

UptoSkills does. Complete any league, tick one box when you unlock your certificate, and we print it and post it to your address anywhere in India at our own cost — no delivery charge and no printing fee. Most Indian platforms issue a PDF only, and the few that will post a hard copy bill you for it.

Question 10

How long does the printed certificate take to arrive, and do you ship outside India?

Accepted Answer

Printed certificates reach you across India in 14 to 21 days from the day you submit your address, with courier tracking and an email at every stage. Free delivery is available within India only; learners elsewhere still get the full digital certificate.

Question 11

How do employers verify an UptoSkills certificate?

Accepted Answer

Every certificate carries a unique number and a QR code. Scanning it, or entering the number at uptoskills.com/verify, opens a public page confirming the holder, the league and the issue date. You can also add it to LinkedIn in one click.

Question 12

What is UptoSkills Pro and do I need it?

Accepted Answer

Pro is an optional ₹199 subscription for 3 months that drops every certificate to ₹199 instead of ₹499 and unlocks premium features and exclusive content. You do not need it to learn — all league content is free either way.
