How to win ₹10,000 a month

XP (experience points) is your learning score. You earn it for finishing lessons, answering quiz questions right, keeping a daily streak, clearing challenges, finishing practice sessions and solving Arena coding problems. League XP raises your level, and all of it decides where you stand on the daily, weekly and monthly leaderboards.

Finishing a lesson gives 5 XP. On top of that you get 3 XP for every quiz answer you get right on the first try. A lesson where you get 8 answers right first time pays 29 XP, which is the popup you see after each lesson.

Your level comes from all the XP you have ever earned, so it only goes up. Your rank comes from the XP you earned in the current week or month, so it starts again at zero when the week or month ends. A new learner can top a board in the first days of a fresh period.

Level 1 needs 100 XP in total, level 2 needs 300, level 3 needs 700, level 4 needs 1,500 and level 5 needs 3,100. Every level asks for double the XP of the one before, so the early levels come quickly and the later ones take real effort.

Learn on consecutive days and each day adds a streak bonus of 3 to 20 XP. Hitting 7, 14, 30, 50 and 100 days pays milestone rewards of 100, 200, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 XP. If you miss a day the streak resets, but you can restore it with coins: 20 coins the first time in a month, and 10 more for each restore after that.

Yes, when you start the practice from inside a league. An AI assessment practice pays 500 to 2,000 XP and an AI mock interview practice pays 700 to 3,000 XP, depending on your score. Each session pays once, and you claim the XP from your report. A session flagged for suspicious behaviour pays less.

Lessons, quizzes, streaks and practice have no daily cap. Friend battles pay up to 300 XP each and are capped at 400 XP a day, so battles cannot be farmed. Arena XP for daily, weekly and monthly problems is capped at 1,000 a day and 7,000 a week.

Yes. Your first accepted solve of each Arena problem at uptoskills.com/arena pays XP: 10 to 60 for a daily problem, 15 to 80 for a weekly one, 100 to 150 for the monthly challenge and 10 to 30 for a practice-library problem, plus a 20 XP streak bonus for your first on-time solve each day. It counts on the daily, weekly and monthly leaderboards and in the Pro prize race. Arena XP for daily, weekly and monthly problems is capped at 1,000 a day and 7,000 a week, so steady solving beats binging. It does not change your league level, the all-time board, your league streak or friend battles.

No. The cash and the mystery boxes go to active Pro members. Everyone else still earns XP, levels, badges and streaks, and is ranked on the public leaderboard. Pro is ₹199 for 3 months.

Yes. Leagues are free to join and learn in. Pro adds the prize race, daily and weekly challenge rewards, and a cheaper certificate.

Pro costs ₹199 for 3 months. You get a place in the monthly cash and weekly mystery box race, you can claim daily and weekly challenge XP, and every league certificate costs ₹199 instead of ₹399.

Finish a league and you can buy its QR-verified certificate for ₹399, or ₹199 if you are a Pro member. We can also print it and post it to your address anywhere in India at no extra charge.

The Pro leaderboard ranks active Pro members by the XP they earned during the calendar month, from lessons, challenges, practice and Arena coding problems alike. When the month closes, the top 3 win ₹5,000, ₹3,000, ₹2,000 in cash for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. That is ₹10,000 in prizes every month. These monthly prizes were updated from October 2026.

Yes. You still have a real chance at the top 3 of both the monthly and the weekly board, and the weekly board is the best shot because every Monday it starts again with nobody ahead. The weekly board resets every Monday at 5:30 am IST. The monthly board resets on the 1st of each month at 5:30 am IST. Your level and total XP are never reset, only the ranking.

Yes. The Pro leaderboard adds up all the XP you earned in the period, so XP from before you upgraded counts, as long as you are an active Pro member when the week or month closes.

Prizes go to active Pro members, so you drop off the Pro leaderboard when the plan ends. Renew before the period closes to stay in the race.

After a week or month closes, the top 3 are locked in and we email you. Open the claim page at uptoskills.com/leagues/claim, log in with the account that won, and add your details: a delivery address for a mystery box, or your bank account details for cash. Our team checks them and you get an email at every step. Cash prizes go to the winner only.

Weekly prizes from the week that starts on 12 October 2026, and monthly cash prizes from October 2026. October winners are decided on 1 November, so you can claim them from that day. You have 90 days to claim. If you won before 12 October 2026, claim on the old winners site, the same way as before.

No. Anyone caught using scripts, bots or exploits is removed from every ranking for good and loses any prize they were owed. XP that looks automated or suspicious is not paid in full.
