All purchases on Uptoskills are final and non-refundable. This includes all subscription plans, AI assessments, AI interviews, Learn & Earn leagues, and any other digital services. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

No Refunds Policy

All Services Are Non-Refundable

  • Subscription Plans: Pro, Elite, and Ultra plans are completely non-refundable
  • AI Assessments: All AI assessment credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • AI Interviews: All AI interview credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Learn & Earn Leagues: League access and credits are non-refundable
  • Used or Unused Services: No refunds regardless of usage status

Why No Refunds?

  • Digital services are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
  • AI assessments and interviews provide immediate value upon access
  • Subscription benefits are activated immediately upon purchase
  • Clear pricing and features are displayed before purchase

Automatic Subscription Management

How Subscriptions Work

  • One-Time Payment: You pay only for the subscription duration you select
  • No Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions do not automatically renew or charge again
  • Automatic Expiry: Your subscription expires automatically after the purchased duration
  • Return to Rookie: After expiry, you automatically return to the free Rookie plan

4 weeks or 6 weeks

Ultra Plan

3 months or 6 months

No Partial or Prorated Refunds

Important Clarifications

  • No Unused Time Refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused subscription time
  • No Credit Refunds: Unused AI assessment or interview credits are not refundable
  • No Downgrade Refunds: You cannot downgrade and receive a refund for the difference
  • No Technical Issue Refunds: Technical difficulties do not qualify for refunds

Subscription Delivery Issues

Get Your Subscription ASAP

Your subscription should be activated immediately after successful payment. If you don't receive your subscription access within a few minutes of purchase, please contact our support team immediately. We will help you resolve the issue and ensure you get access to your purchased services.

What We Will Help With:

  • Subscription not activated after payment
  • Credits not added to your account
  • Premium features not accessible
  • Payment processed but no service received

Subscription Upgrades

How Upgrades Work

  • Upgrades Allowed: You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime
  • Prorated Pricing: You pay the difference minus your remaining plan value
  • Extended Duration: Time extends from your current subscription end date
  • No Downgrades: Downgrades are not allowed to prevent resource loss
