For HR's / Corporates

It is the workspace for a training and placement officer or department coordinator. From one place you invite and manage your students, post college notices and an academic calendar, track every job and internship your students applied to, approve companies that want to run a placement drive, and reach out to new recruiters. It also has a Growth Hub with free Faculty Development Programs for your own professional development.

For Faculty

The learning is free. All 50+ Leagues are free forever, and so is browsing jobs and internships, entering hackathons and events, joining the communities, and your first AI mock interview and AI assessment. Two things are optional and paid: the certificate at the end of a League, and the Pro plan. Signing up needs no card.

No. Creating the account, completing your company profile, posting jobs and internships, browsing applicants, editing listings, saving drafts and templates, viewing analytics and exporting data are all free. Every new employer account also starts with 1,000 free coins. Only seven specific actions spend coins, the largest of which is marking a candidate Selected.

For HR's / Corporates

No. Adding and inviting students, posting notices, the academic calendar, the placement tracker, analytics, approving campus drives, and attending Faculty Development Programs are all free. Only two things spend coins: broadcasting a notice by email or WhatsApp, and Corporate Outreach. Every faculty account starts with 1000 free coins.

For Faculty

Sign in with Google from any page. It is one tap, with no form to fill and no payment details. Your progress saves automatically from the moment you start, so you can begin a League straight away.

Getting Started

Verification confirms that a real registered company is behind the account. Until it is done the dashboard is largely locked, because candidates share personal contact details, resumes and interview availability with employers, and the platform will not hand that to an unverified account. Verification asks for your company details and a company ID proof document.

For HR's / Corporates

Yes. Colleagues register their own faculty accounts against the same college, and students added by any of you appear in the same College Hub. Data unlocked by one faculty member, such as a company already searched in Corporate Outreach, is free for the rest of the college afterwards.

For Faculty

No. Signing up and learning require no payment details at all. You only ever enter payment information if you decide to buy a certificate or a Pro subscription, both of which are optional.

Getting Started

It is your verification status, shown under "HR Dashboard" in the sidebar. Live means verified and fully active. Pending means your submission is still being reviewed. Rejected means something needs correcting — use Support in the dashboard to find out what and resubmit.

For Faculty

Yes. Leagues are built for 10-minute bursts on a phone, so they fit between classes or on a commute. There is also an app, and your progress syncs across devices automatically.

Getting Started

A company ID proof — something that ties you to the registered business, such as a company ID card, an incorporation certificate or a GST registration. Upload it through the verification popup along with your company details. Make sure the text is legible; a blurry photograph is the most common reason a submission comes back.

For HR's / Corporates

In their own student dashboard under Academics, which shows your college notices and the academic calendar together, along with an upcoming events list. Students do not need the mobile app to see them, though the app adds push notifications.
