Until it is done the dashboard is largely locked, because candidates share personal contact details, resumes and interview availability with employers, and the platform will not hand that to an unverified account. Verification asks for your company details and a company ID proof document.

Yes. Colleagues register their own faculty accounts against the same college, and students added by any of you appear in the same College Hub. Data unlocked by one faculty member, such as a company already searched in Corporate Outreach, is free for the rest of the college afterwards.

Because it did not cost anything. When an action is free no coins move and no entry is written to the usage history at all. Only real coin movement is logged, so a free posting leaving no trace is expected rather than a missing record.

Total Candidates is everyone on your roster whether invited or not. Registered is students who accepted the invite and now have an account. Invites Sent is those invited but not registered yet. Action Required is entries that need something fixed before they can be invited. The gap between Invites Sent and Registered is your follow-up list.

What do I have to do to complete a League?

Complete all its lessons and all its assessments. The progress bar on the League page shows exactly what is left. Once both are done, the Complete League button activates and your certificate is unlocked.

Will I be charged twice if I unlock the same candidate again?

No. Unlocking is recorded per job and per candidate, so once someone is unlocked on a job they stay unlocked. Reopening the page, refreshing or pressing unlock again costs nothing. If you select a mix of locked and already-unlocked candidates you are billed only for the locked ones.

Yes. My College has a Tracker tab showing every job and internship each registered student applied to, with the stage each application reached, the salary or stipend range and the date applied. The balance is checked before anything happens, and the message tells you what the action needs, what you hold and the difference. Nothing is ever half-applied — either you have enough and it completes in full, or you do not and nothing changes.

Applied means the application is submitted and the employer has not acted on it yet. Offer Letter Sent means the employer has made an offer. The stages come directly from the employer's own hiring pipeline, so they change without anyone at your college updating them.

No. XP only ever goes up. It is cumulative, and your level is calculated from your total XP, so levelling up happens automatically as you learn.

It is the one big-ticket charge and it fires once per candidate, at the moment you mark them Selected — not when you post the role and not when you unlock them. Hearts are your attempts. A wrong answer costs one, and when you run out you wait for them to regenerate. This is what stops the quizzes becoming mindless guessing. Hearts refill for free over time, or instantly for coins.
