XP, Levels, Streaks and Badges: The UptoSkills Progress System
How XP, levels, streaks, badges, achievements and the weekly spin wheel fit together — and which of them actually pay you.
Short answer: XP raises your level and rank. Streaks track consecutive active days and unlock milestone XP. Badges and achievements are collectibles. The weekly spin wheel is the one that pays out coins and discount coupons.
XP and levels
XP comes from lessons, quizzes, challenges, assessments and completed Leagues. It accumulates into a level and a rank title — Pathfinder, Veteran and upward. Your level shows on your public profile and the leaderboard, so it is the number other people actually see.
Streaks
A streak counts consecutive days you were active. The page shows your current streak, your all-time best, how far to the next milestone, and an activity calendar marking active and rest days.

🔥 A single lesson keeps the streak alive. The people with long streaks are not studying more per day — they are just not skipping.
The weekly spin wheel
On the Rewards page. Spin once every 7 days for:
- 5–15 coins, or
- 10–15% discount coupons
This is the only part of the progress system that hands you something with cash value. It takes five seconds, so there is no reason to skip a week.
Badges
32 badges in total, grouped into Getting Started, Streak Master, Learning, XP & Progress and Leagues. Each shows either EARNED, a progress bar, or LOCKED. Earned badges can be pinned to your profile with Tap to show.
The achievement tracker
A wider set — 93 achievements across Learning, Streaks, XP & Level and Community, each with a rarity and an XP value:

Community achievements are the ones people forget — commenting and getting likes in the community counts, and it is easy XP if you are already there.
Which of these actually saves me money?
The spin wheel, and coins from finishing Leagues. Coins give up to 10% off a certificate. XP, badges and achievements build your profile and ranking rather than your balance.
What breaks a streak?
A day with no activity. One lesson, quiz or challenge is enough to keep it.
My badge count looks wrong.
Use Sync Data on the Badges or Tracker page — it recalculates against your actual activity.
Do badges show on my public profile?
Earned ones can be, using Tap to show. Your profile also needs to be public for anyone else to see them.
Can I lose XP?
No. XP only goes up. Streaks reset, XP does not.
