💰 Salary Details
🔹 Tamil Process
• CTC: ₹21,000
• In-Hand: ₹15,978 + Incentives
• Without CTC: ₹18,000 Take Home + Incentives
🔹 Malayalam Process
• CTC: ₹22,000
• In-Hand: ₹16,979 + Incentives
• Without CTC: ₹19,000 Take Home + Incentives
🔹 Kannada Process
• CTC: ₹22,000
• In-Hand: ₹16,979 + Incentives
• Without CTC: ₹19,000 Take Home + Incentives
🚶 Interview Mode: Direct Walk-In

Key Responsibilities
- Generate loan leads through outbound calls.
- Explain loan products, features, and eligibility criteria to customers.

- Maintain customer records and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
