Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Kannada Voice Process Executive. The ideal candidate should have strong Kannada communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.

Key Required Skills

Kannada Communication: Fluency in spoken Kannada is mandatory.

Verbal Communication: Good communication and active listening skills.

Customer Service: Ability to understand and resolve customer queries effectively.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.

Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and/or outgoing customer calls professionally.

Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.

Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the system.

Follow company procedures, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Any graduate can apply.

Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.

Must be comfortable working from the office.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to the employer's eligibility criteria.
