Job Title: Telesales Executive – Personal Loan Lead Generation

Shift Details:
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Salary Details:
CTC: ₹22,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: ₹16,979 + Incentives
Alternative Salary Option: ₹19,000 Take-Home + Incentives (Without CTC, as specified in the requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loan products.
Generate leads for personal loan applications.
Explain loan product features and eligibility criteria to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.
Achieve calling and lead-generation targets as per company guidelines.
Key Skills Required:
Malayalam communication – V3 skill set.
Basic customer handling and communication skills.
Lead generation and telesales skills.
Good listening and convincing abilities.
Willingness to work in a target-based environment.
