Candidates with Kannada V3 communication skills are preferred.
Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in a telesales and lead-generation role.
Shift Details
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Interview Mode: Direct Walk-In
Salary Details
CTC: ₹22,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: ₹16,979 per month + Incentives
Alternative Salary Option: ₹19,000 Take-Home per month + Incentives (Without CTC, as specified by the employer)
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loan products.
Generate leads for personal loan applications.
Explain loan features and eligibility criteria to interested customers.Follow up with potential customers and maintain lead records.
Work towards assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Key Skills Required
Kannada communication skills (V3).
Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and convincing abilities.
Lead generation and telesales skills.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
