Job Description
As an HR Recruitment Trainee, you will assist the HR team with recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination and maintaining candidate records. This internship is suitable for students and freshers interested in building a career in human resources and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Assist in screening resumes according to job descriptions and requirements.
- Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities and check their availability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and publishing job advertisements.
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates.
- Assist with other HR and administrative activities as required.
