Cuisine Cosmos

Cuisine Cosmos is a science-inspired food decoration and plating competition that challenges participants to transform food into creative, visually appealing, and thoughtfully designed presentations.

The competition consists of an Online Elimination Round followed by a Final Round on campus. During the elimination round, teams submit their proposed food decoration concept along with a photograph of their previous food decoration or plating work.

The top 15 teams will qualify for the main event, where they will recreate their submitted concept within 45 minutes using pre-cooked vegetarian (eggless) food.

Participants will be judged on Creativity, Originality, Aesthetic Appeal, Presentation, and Plating Skills, while maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation.
