Case Tactix

Case Tactix is a case-cracking competition where teams race their minds to solve complex industry problems inspired by real corporate challenges.

Each team will be presented with a business or technical problem and will be required to analyse the situation, think critically, and develop the best possible solution before presenting it to a panel of judges.

The event is designed to test and sharpen problem-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork, creativity, presentation skills, and decision-making.

The competition will be conducted in two rounds:

Round 1 — Preliminary Round: An online round lasting 20–25 minutes, consisting of multiple-choice questions and short subjective questions with strict word limits. Each team will submit one common response, and there will be no negative marking.

Round 2 — Final Round: Shortlisted teams will receive the case/problem statement in advance and will have time to analyse the case, discuss their approach, and prepare their solution and presentation. On the event day, teams will present their prepared solution before the judges.

Final-round evaluation will consider creativity and practicality, uniqueness of the solution, team coordination, presentation skills, confidence, and depth of analysis.
