Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and fixing meetings to meet the company's revenue targets. This role requires a self-motivated, target-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The Field Sales Executive will work primarily in the field, visiting clients, and fixing meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve these goals.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products or services.
- Client Engagement/Demo
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the company’s products or services.
- Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specific requirements.
- Client Engagement:
- Fixing face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the company’s products or services.
- Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specific requirements with the support of the reporting manager
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and market feedback.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the company on market needs and opportunities.
Work Environment:
This is a field-based role, requiring extensive travel to meet with clients. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
