Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Executive to drive revenue growth through securing sponsorships for our national-level online and hybrid hackathons, startup competitions, and student innovation programs.This is a revenue-driven role where success is directly measured by the sponsorship amount closed. You will be responsible for the entire sponsorship sales cycle, from market research and lead generation to deal closure and relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential sponsor industries and companies, defining and refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across HR, CSR, Marketing, Startups, and Tech & Innovation sectors.Analyze competitor events and sponsorship models to develop effective pitch strategies.Identify, source, and build high-quality sponsor databases using LinkedIn, online tools, events, and referrals, verifying decision-maker data (designation, email, phone, LinkedIn profile).Execute outbound sales strategies including cold calling to introduce sponsorship opportunities and qualify leads, and run conversion-focused cold email campaigns.Follow up consistently via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to nurture leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.Conduct virtual and physical meetings with potential sponsors, presenting compelling sponsorship decks, explaining deliverables, and effectively handling objections.Negotiate sponsorship commercials, deliverables, and timelines, and close paid sponsorship deals end-to-end.Build and nurture long-term partnerships to encourage renewals and repeat sponsorships.Coordinate internally with marketing and operations teams to ensure all sponsor commitments are met and requirements are clearly communicated and tracked.Why Join Us:Work on impactful national-level hackathons and innovation programs engaging thousands of students and colleges.Gain direct exposure to leading corporates, startups, and key
