In this role, you will lead user research initiatives, conduct discovery workshops, and translate insights into compelling design solutions. You will collaborate closely with product management and engineering to design wireframes, user flows, and high-quality UX solutions

- Handle complex problems/efforts, decisions, and escalations as well as determine where to simplify or extend solutions for the best outcome
- Influence product and engineering decisions by bringing the customer perspective, guiding design choices, and driving long-term impact
