Kevvu Kafe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and profitability. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for the F&B industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities include managing inventory, staff supervision, menu development, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving sales. We are looking for someone who can bring innovative ideas to enhance our F&B offerings and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and cost control for all F&B items.
- Train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff to maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement new menu items and promotions to drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
