As a Consultant in EY’s People Advisory Services team, you will work with clients to deliver strategic HR solutions, workforce transformation, and compliance advisory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement people-centric strategies that drive business performance

- Assist in delivering HR transformation projects, including organization design, workforce planning, and change management
- Support clients in areas such as global mobility, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
