Job Description
We are hiring Enterprise Sales Manager to build strategic corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• High-volume cold calling to enterprise prospects.
• Cold emailing HR leaders and decision-makers.
• LinkedIn outreach and social selling.
• Daily cold visits to corporate offices across Bangalore.
• Schedule meetings and product demos.
• Pitch UptoSkills' AI hiring platform.
• Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline.
• Negotiate, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records and regular follow-ups.
Target Customers
Large Enterprises, IT/ITES, GCCs, Startups, Manufacturing, BFSI, Consulting, Healthcare, Retail, E-commerce, Engineering & Product Companies.
Requirements
• 5–10 years of B2B/Enterprise Sales experience (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to engage CXOs, CHROs, HR Heads, TA Leaders, and Business Heads.
• Self-driven, resilient, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
