As a Business Development Manager, you’d be responsible for identifying and scaling new business opportunities that help Flipkart grow—whether that’s through strategic partnerships, new monetization models, or expanding existing relationships.

- Drive business growth and monetization by identifying new revenue opportunities and scaling existing partnerships.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, including negotiating commercials and ensuring long-term value for Flipkart and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, category, finance, ops, legal) to execute growth initiatives end-to-end.
- Own performance tracking and optimization, using data and insights to improve outcomes and meet business targets.
