UptoSkills is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Partnerships & Fresher Hiring Executive to join our growing team. This is a critical role focused on expanding our reach within the corporate sector to drive fresher hiring and employer branding initiatives.
You will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and closing partnerships with companies across various sectors (IT, non-IT, startups, MSMEs, enterprises) looking to hire fresh talent. This role demands a proactive approach to business development, requiring you to hunt for opportunities, understand intricate hiring needs, and effectively pitch UptoSkills' innovative, tech-driven solutions.
Your responsibilities will span the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and stakeholder engagement (HRs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruiters, Founders) to deal closure and ensuring platform adoption. You will collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and campus teams to translate corporate demand into tangible hiring outcomes, including live job postings, campus placement drives, and engaging hiring challenges/hackathons.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard companies hiring freshers across diverse sectors (IT, non-IT, startups, MSMEs, enterprises).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruiters, and Founders.
- Understand corporate hiring volumes, specific roles, timelines, and evaluation criteria.
- Pitch and close employer branding solutions through hackathons, competitions, and skill-based challenges.
- Design hiring challenges aligned with corporate job roles in collaboration with internal teams.
- Close corporate partnerships for campus placement drives leveraging UptoSkills’ college network.
- Onboard corporates for direct fresher hiring via live job postings on the UptoSkills platform.
- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure of paid partnerships.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Facilitate corporate adoption of the UptoSkills tech platform and act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Ensure smooth handover to operations post-deal closure.
