Role Description
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking candidates to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Operating machines and assisting in production processes.
- Ensuring smooth manufacturing operations in the plant.
- Maintaining safety standards and production quality.
Qualification & Salary (Monthly CTC)
Educational Qualification Monthly CTC
Diploma / B.Sc ₹18,500/-
ITI / B.Com / B.A ₹17,030/-
12th Pass ₹16,130/-
Financial Benefits & Incentives
- Attendance Bonus: ₹2,500/- (For 26 days present)
- Food Allowance: ₹585/-
- Overtime (OT): Double Pay per extra hour
- PF & EPF Benefits: 12% PF + 13% EPF (Direct PF Account Deposit)
- Yearly Increment: Performance-based annual growth

- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Assemble and inspect products as per quality standards
