Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the order management team and ensure accurate entry and processing of sales orders in SAP
- Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and handle customer complaints related to order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service) to resolve order-related issues
- Maintain documentation for all order management processes, including SOPs and reporting templates
