- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent networks
- Drive offer management, pre-onboarding communication, and documentation.
- Work on volume hiring, niche hiring, or campus hiring as per business needs.
- Support recruitment projects, events, and process improvement initiatives.
