Job Description
As a Business Manager - Global Finance within the International Consumer Banking FBM team, you will be responsible for monthly official submission of the headcount and other expense forecast and budget cycle coordinating across all ICB business managers, promoting key initiatives including headcount planning and forecasting model optimization, location planning insight and reporting, and finance transformation-related activities across global teams

Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, headcount planning, and resource optimization models that enable data-driven decision-making across multiple global sites
- Perform analysis and deliver monthly reporting on headcount actuals and forecast; and provide insights and recommendations to the head of the group
- Partner with ICB Financial Planning & Analysis team on the monthly review of comp and non-comp expenses
