Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) - International BPO
Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and clear-speaking Fresh Graduates to join our international customer support team in Mohali. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, interacting with global customers to resolve queries, handle requests, and provide top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls assisting global clients with their queries and concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed logs of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Quality Standards: Meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and Average Handling Time (AHT).
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Must be a Graduate in any stream.
- Batch Eligibility: Strictly 2022 pass-out candidates only.
- Experience: Freshers are highly welcome.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
Shift & Work Schedule
- Shifts: 100% Rotational Shifts (including night shifts).
- Roster: 5-Day Work Week with 2 Rotational Offs.
