We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the strategic oversight and execution of all initiatives for IndiGo’s B2B initiatives. This is a critical role that bridges product development, partner operations, and business strategy
Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and communicate the program roadmap for the B2B Portal, ensuring alignment with agent partner needs and company strategic goals
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies for airline B2B partners, internal teams, and vendors
- Track program health across all initiatives using dashboards and status reporting; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
