Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Muscat, Oman. This role is crucial for driving industrial sales and providing comprehensive engineering solutions to key sectors including Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, Manufacturing, and Utilities.
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, developing robust technical and techno-commercial proposals, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams, OEMs, vendors, and clients. Your expertise will be vital in identifying and recommending cutting-edge solutions across a range of industrial products and services.
Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze RFQs, BOQs, datasheets, drawings, and specifications to understand customer needs.
- Develop comprehensive technical and techno-commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), compliance matrices, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate effectively with OEMs, vendors, EPC contractors, and end-customers.
- Conduct professional technical presentations, site visits, and engaging product demonstrations.
- Provide essential support during tendering processes, negotiations, and project execution phases.
- Recommend optimal solutions for valves, piping, electrical systems, fire & safety equipment, coatings, and inspection/robotics.
