- Market research: Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, competition, and talent availability to enrich our client engagement efforts.
- Candidate sourcing: Utilise various sources of hiring diversified talents across industries for the open roles
- Candidate Management: Responsible for managing the candidates' applications & maintaining candidate pipeline
- Recruitment process: assisting a team of consultants for end-to-end functions of the recruitment cycle
- Database management: Ensuring our Internal Databases are always updated.
