We are seeking an experienced AI Automation & DevOps Specialist to join a growing US-based organization (40 employees) on a remote, fractional basis, with the potential for a long-term engagement. The primary focus will be to integrate, optimize, and automate core business systems.

The initial project is for 8 weeks, with the possibility of an ongoing retainer or long-term contract. The role is based remotely in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing business workflows and develop a detailed Integration & Automation Blueprint.
• Design, build, test, and deploy robust end-to-end automation workflows.
• Seamlessly integrate key platforms including CRM, AI, telephony, sales, and business automation tools.
• Develop and maintain critical integrations using REST API, webhooks, JSON, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish and manage reliable data flows between multiple SaaS platforms.
• Automate key sales processes such as outbound sales workflows, lead routing, call dispositions, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
• Proactively troubleshoot integration failures, API issues, webhook errors, and workflow dependencies.
• Continuously monitor and optimize automation performance, reliability, and scalability.
