Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Location: Doon IT Park, Dehradun (Work from Office)
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 Fixed + ₹10,000 Performance Incentive
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to corporate HRs and decision-makers.
- Pitch UptoSkills' AI-powered hiring platform.
- Generate leads and schedule client meetings.
- Achieve a target of 100 calls per day.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain call records.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
- Graduates/Postgraduates (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, MA, M.Com, M.Sc, MBA, MCA).
- Good English communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Experience in telecalling/sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Female candidates are preferred.
