Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations. The HR Trainee will work closely with senior HR professionals, contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for human resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and candidate communication.
- Support the onboarding of new employees, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, such as preparing reports and presentations.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Learn and apply HR policies and procedures in daily tasks.
