As a Senior Developer build Bots using Google DF Platform and integrate with Genesys PureCloud or any IVR system
Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Create telephony/IVR solutions
- Developing REST APIs with Node.js/Java
- Deploy on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Implement and manage DevOps deployment pipelines within AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Design dialog workflows, interaction flows, and routing logic for voice and chat agents
