Job Description
Department: Production / Blending / Packing
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production & packing machines
- Set up machines and ensure product quality
- Follow SOPs and food safety standards
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting
- Maintain production records and coordinate with the production team
Skills Required:
- Machine operation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts
Eligibility:
- ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass
- 1–3 years of experience in Food/FMCG Manufacturing (Preferred)
