View JDWe are hiring Production Operators / Trainees for Valeo Lighting Systems located in Vallam, near Sriperumbudur.
Eligibility:
Qualification: ITI, Diploma, BE, Arts
Candidates with arrears are also eligible
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate production and assembly line machines
Assemble automotive lighting components as per work instructions
Perform quality inspections and identify defects
Follow safety standards and company procedures
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area
Meet daily production targets and support team operations
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹18,500 per month
Overtime (OT) available
Shift Allowance:
II Shift: ₹40 per day
Night Shift: ₹60 per day
Retention Bonus: ₹5,000 after successful completion of 1 year
