Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting the HR department's daily operations and contributing to a positive employee experience. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions.
The HR Executive will be responsible for assisting in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, supporting HR policy implementation, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Handle basic employee queries and provide support to the HR team.
