The role of the ServiceNow Solution Architect is to help the Firm deliver its business strategy through technology. They must work with technology implementation projects to translate the business requirements into detailed solution architecture designs; ensure that solutions align with the relevant technology and capability roadmaps

- Required to maintain your core knowledge of wider technology trends
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of relevant technology-specific domains, e.g. application, data, process, integration, etc. including the main technologies that interact with this domain
- Work with Capability CTOs, technical SMEs and specific projects to analyse and translate business requirements into technical requirements, ensuring that these are feasible
