Kevvu Kafe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe & Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to both cafe management and general operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and motivate the cafe team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the cafe.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and promotions.
