Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Ads Collections to lead collections efforts for our advertising revenue portfolio. This role will own customer collections, work closely with internal partners, and drive initiatives that reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and minimize bad debt. You’ll provide insights through reporting and MIS, and build strong strategic relationships with business stakeholders and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience in collections management, ideally in a high-growth digital / advertising / fintech / tech environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and directly with customers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding collection targets and reducing DSO
