Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a performing networking support team, setting priorities aligned with organizational goals. Conduct regular check-ins to provide coaching, feedback, and performance insights. Demonstrate knowledge of Google Cloud networking (e.g., virtual private cloud (VPC), interconnect, load balancing, domain name system (DNS)) and protocols (e.g., Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), border gateway protocol (BGP). Guide troubleshooting of packet flows using diagnostic tools to ensure issue resolution. Oversee and resolve escalations, ensure communication and collaboration across customers, engineering, and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) teams.
