Job Description
UptoSkills is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Outreach Team. As an Outreach Intern, you will play a crucial role in establishing connections with educational institutions and corporate HR departments to facilitate hiring and campus recruitment initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and corporate communication.
The internship begins with a 1-month unpaid performance evaluation period. Upon successful completion of the evaluation, the role transitions into a paid internship with a stipend and performance-based incentives. The standard working hours are from 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with colleges, universities, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
- Reach out to corporate HRs and hiring teams.
- Maintain consistent communication through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Generate leads and nurture relationships with campuses and companies.
- Coordinate interviews, hiring drives, and necessary follow-ups.
- Update daily reports and outreach data accurately in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily outreach targets, with a minimum of 80-90 calls per day.
