Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective soft skills training programs to enhance employee performance and overall organizational effectiveness. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging soft skills training programs, including communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and customer service.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, activities, and assessments.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions using a variety of methods, such as role-playing, group discussions, and simulations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in soft skills training and development.
- Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistency and alignment of training programs.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, and participant communication.
