Job Description
Writing and posting job openings: Write job descriptions and post them on various platforms, including Naukri and social media.
Finding and contacting potential candidates: Utilize various methods to identify potential candidates, such as searching and networking.
Screening candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Building a candidate database: Maintain a database of current and former candidates.
Negotiating terms and conditions: Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms of employment.
Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Resource Development & Resource Management.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leaders in dealing with any vendor issues.
- Support Tools and Process team and Project Managers in prioritizing and implementing new processes and/or products to vendor partners, in order to increase efficiencies.
- Follow up on resulting impact and report on performance.
- Ensure sufficient resources are available based on prospective work.
