Job Description
The VMO Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing vendor relationships and driving value across BP Business Solutions India. This position requires a highly analytical and communicative individual to lead strategic partnerships, mitigate risks, and chip in to continuous improvement initiatives within the Vendor Management Office (VMO).

Key Responsibilities
- Apply Agility core practices to VMO processes, fostering continuous improvement and adaptability in vendor management strategies.
- Conduct in-depth Data Analysis to evaluate vendor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Use Analytical Thinking to assess vendor proposals, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and value for money.
- Demonstrate strong Commercial Foresight in negotiations and discussions with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for BP.
