Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager at Gartner, you will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative products that enable our clients to make smarter decisions. You will lead execution of some of the key products and technology initiatives as well as set guidance on strategic investments needed to pursue design and development efforts. You will work cross-functionally to identify market needs, define product vision, and ensure successful execution from concept to launch and beyond. This position will be based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and will report into Product Director, Service Technology team. This fast-paced role will continue to build products and enable our service teams to engage with our clients, driving value, and ultimately retention with growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Gartner’s mission and business objectives.
- Own the full product lifecycle, including product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration.
- Own and lead the end-to-end execution of key business and enterprise initiatives, thereby enabling the service teams to deliver business impact to our clients.
- Be a tactical thinker with emphasis on short-term goals, immediate actions leading to strategic thinking with focus on long-term goals, aligning actions with overall objectives through proactive decision-making and no limits mindset
