Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough checks to ensure product quality
- Assisting with the packing of materials
- Supporting various production activities
Work Details:
- Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
- Shifts: 3 shift rotation
- Overtime: Compensated with compensatory leave (comp-off)
Salary & Benefits:
- Take-home Salary: ₹12,000 per month
- Canteen Benefit: ₹45 per day (approximately ₹1,170 per month)
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 (upon working 26 days in a month)
- Total Potential Earnings: ₹14,000+ per month
