Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be a current student or recent graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee relations activities, such as assisting with employee events and surveys.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
