Purpose: Give your event a visual identity

• Upload an Event Logo and Event Banner
• Helps participants recognize your event
• Always the first step when setting up a student event

📝 Event Details

Purpose: Introduce your event to students

• Enter Event Title
• Write a Description explaining what participants will experience
• Clear details make your event inviting and easy to understand

⏰ Date & Time

Purpose: Schedule your event

• Select Start Date & Time and End Date & Time
• Determines when participants can join
• All other event activities follow this schedule

📍 Location

Purpose: Tell students where the event will happen

• Choose Offline or Online
• For Online, provide a meeting link
• For Offline, provide the venue address

⚙️ Event Settings

Purpose: Manage participation and privacy

• Set the Maximum Number of Participants
• Choose Privacy:
• Public – open to all students
• Private – only selected participants can join

🎨 Theme Selection

Purpose: Make your event visually appealing

• Pick a Theme that matches the vibe of your event

✅ Registration Approval

Purpose: Control who can join

• Enable Manual Approval to approve each participant yourself
• If not selected, registrations are approved automatically

📄 Terms & Conditions

Purpose: Ensure participants follow the rules

• Check Agree to Terms and Conditions
• Mandatory to proceed

👀 Preview Event

Purpose: Review your event before going live

• Click Preview Event to see how it will appear to students
• Make any changes before finalizing

🚀 Create Student Event

Purpose: Publish and launch your event

• Click Create Event
• Your event is now live and ready for participants to connect, have fun, learn, and engage 🎉

✅ Key Rules to Remember

• Follow the steps in order: Images → Details → Date & Time → Location → Settings → Theme → Approval → Terms → Preview → Create
• Manual approval affects who can join
• Preview ensures everything looks perfect before publishing
• Only after clicking Create Event does it become visible to participants
