Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Department: Inside Sales
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients in the edutech sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
Promote the company’s products/services to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
Follow up with clients and provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Compensation and Benefits:
On-the-Job Training (OJT): 10 days (Unpaid).
Probation Period: 3 months.
During probation: ₹15,000 fixed + ₹10,000 variable per month.
Post-Probation Salary Package: ₹3.6 LPA fixed + ₹2.4 LPA variable.
Interview Process
