Position: Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential leads.
Nurture and qualify leads for sales conversion.
Manage and update CRM with lead details.
Collaborate with sales for seamless lead transitions.
Track lead generation metrics and improve strategies.
Stay updated on tools and trends for lead generation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Compensation and Benefits:
On-the-Job Training (OJT): 10 days (Unpaid).
Probation Period: 3 months.
During probation: ₹15,000 fixed + ₹10,000 variable per month.
Post-Probation Salary Package: ₹3.6 LPA fixed + ₹2.4 LPA variable.
